Student reading in the Brotherton Library

The School of Languages, Cultures and Societies is one of the UK’s leading centres for research and teaching in languages, linguistics and cultures. You have the opportunity to study in a stimulating environment which brings together the experience and insights of our staff members and students from across the world. Many of our degree programmes involve a year spent abroad, and our unique personal tutoring system gives you the individual support of an academic staff member right from the start of your programme at Leeds.
