Part-time study
View pages in this documentWhat can I study?
You can study the majority of our subjects as a part-time student. Some of our courses have specific part-time versions or you can take our modules as part of the part-time BA (Honours) Joint Honours Arts degree.

How are part-time degrees structured?
Usually part-time degrees in arts take 5-6 years to complete during which you will take 360 credits (modules are usually 20 credits each). As part of your degree you will take a mixture of level 1, 2, and 3 undergradate modules, in most cases 120 credits at each level.
Lifelong Learning Centre
As well as being able to take many of our subjects as a part-time student, you will also benefit from the dedicated advice and support of the Lifelong Learning Centre. They offer pastoral and administrative support to you during your time at Leeds, and serve as your academic 'home' helping you stay in touch with other part-time students whatever subjects you decide to take.
