In your second or third year you can be a peer mentor. Peer mentors support new students and help them make a quick and easy transition to life and study at the University. Being a mentor helps you develop time management, organisational, communication and people skills.

Leeds Alumni Mentoring Network gives you the opportunity to pair up with an experienced mentor from the world of work to receive personalised support. You explore career options, gain tips on entry into specific careers and receive supportive advice on developing your career plans.
