This three day transdisciplinary conference, organised by AHRB Centre for Cultural Analysis, Theory and History in conjunction with the School of History, the School of Modern Languages, the Centre for Interdisciplinary Gender Studies, and the Brotherton Library, University of Leeds, will provide a forum for re-examining d’Eon and the milieux in which d’Eon operated, as well as Kates’ interpretation. It is envisaged that papers from the conference will be published as proceedings.

Ce colloque interdisciplinaire, organisé par le AHRB Centre for Cultural Analysis, Theory and History, the Centre for Interdisciplinary Gender Studies, en parténariat avec la Brotherton Library et la School of History à l’Université de Leeds, permettra la plus grande réexamination du chevalier d’Eon, de ses univers, aussi bien que de l’interprétation de Kates. On envisage l’éventuelle publication des communications.
