'spirituality@work' is a series of monthly lunchtime sessions for university staff to explore themes around spirituality in the workplace.
Sessions will look at issues such as integrity, relationships in the workplace, honesty and money. They begin with informal chat over lunch (provided), followed by discussion on the week's theme with input from the session leader that week. There will then be an optional time out for a ten minute meditation at the close of each session.
'spirituality@work' will be led each week by chaplains from the Universities Chaplaincy in Leeds team. All staff from Leeds met University and the University of Leeds are very welcome. Session dates for 2012 are: 6 February, 5 March, 2 April, 14 May, 11 June.
There will be an additional session on 30 April, as part of 'Healthy Week 2012' at the University of Leeds. To book for the 30 April, go to the Healthy Week website.
