Interviews

The Clearing House does not play any part in the selection process and course centres make decisions on applications independently of each other.

Short-listing process

Each course centre that you have applied to will let you know by 16 March 2012 whether you have been short-listed or not. You will also be able to see this in our online system. This information will only be made available after we have checked it with the course centre concerned, so you should normally hear from them before you get confirmation on the Clearing House online system.

Some course centres use computerised or written tests as part of their short-listing process. The tests will be held between 1 February and 16 March 2012. To check whether the course centres you have applied to use a test as part of their short-listing, please see the Entry Requirements and Selection Procedure information for each course centre.

Interview process

Interviews will be held between 19 March and 1 June 2012. We co-ordinate interview dates with the course centres, minimising overlapping dates as far as possible. If you have a problem with clashing interview dates please contact the course centres concerned. If they are unable to help, please contact us.

If you wish to withdraw from an interview or from an interview reserve list, you can do this in the online system. This will automatically email the course centre concerned to inform them.

The course centres will let you know the results of any interviews as soon as they are able and by 8 June 2012 at the latest. You will also be able to see this in our online system. Again, this information will only be made available after we have checked it with the course centre concerned, so you should normally hear from them before you get confirmation on the Clearing House online system.
