Offers

All offers of a place on a course are dependent on criminal record and health checks. There may also be other requirements such as further satisfactory references, successful completion of academic qualifications etc. Please see the information provided by the course centre when they made you the offer for details of exactly what conditions apply.

If you are offered a place on or before 8 June 2012 you must respond by 2.00pm on 15 June 2012 to accept or decline the offer.

If you are offered a place after 8 June 2012 you have seven days to respond.

Please respond to offers through the online system by entering Accept or Decline for the offer. These options become available once the course centre has confirmed the outcome of their interviews with us. Some course centres also require you to contact them direct eg to email confirmation to them or to return signed paperwork. Please check their requirements in the information they sent when they made you the offer.

You cannot accept more than one offer, regardless of the conditions attached to the offer.
All acceptances are final: once you accept an offer you are committed to that course and cannot go elsewhere.
If you try to accept more than one offer, all offers will be withdrawn.
If you do not respond by the given deadline, all offers will be withdrawn.

If you accept an offer from one course centre any ongoing applications with other course centres will be cancelled ie offers will be withdrawn, you will be removed from reserve lists, or your interviews will be cancelled as appropriate. We will email you to confirm the cancellation of your other ongoing applications.

Please think carefully before accepting an offer. You are not required to accept any offer before 15 June 2012. However, if you know before then that you want to decline an offer, please do so as soon as possible. The course centre concerned can then make an offer to someone on their reserve list for whom that course may be their first choice.

If you are on the reserve list of your first choice course but have offers from other courses, please do not accept an offer until the deadline (although please decline any offers you definitely do not want to take up as above). Course centres do use their reserve lists during the week between 8 and 15 June.

If you wish to withdraw from a reserve list you can also do this in the online system. This will automatically email the course centre concerned to inform them.
