When you submit your application we will email you to confirm we have received it. Once you have submitted your application you cannot make changes to it, except to change your contact details (see below).
Once you have submitted your application you will need to pay the registration fee. Although you must submit your application by the closing date, you can pay your registration fee after the deadline if necessary, but please do this within a few days of submitting your application.
We will check your application eg to ensure that you have submitted the correct items; for factual content to prevent fraud; to ensure that you have paid the registration fee etc. Please note that if you submit your application in the two weeks before the closing date it may not be processed until after the Christmas break, because so many applications are submitted at that time.
If there are any problems we will contact you. If we ask you for further information, documents or payment, please provide these as soon as possible as your application will not be released to the course centres until we receive them.
During this process if you login to the online system you will see either:
Once we have processed your application, and we have received and processed both of your references, we will release your application and references to the course centres as soon as practical. This allows the course centres to access your application to begin their short-listing process.
When we release your application we will email you to let you know, and your status in the online system will be updated to show that the application has been released.
We release applications to the course centres in batches of approximately 100. The first batch is usually released mid to late November when enough applications have been processed and have both references. The final batch will be released on 31 January 2012.
If any of your contact details change you can update these in the online system. Simply login to the system and make the necessary changes in the section for Your Details. This can be done both before or after you have submitted your application.
This will update our records and, if your application has already been released to the course centres, they will automatically be informed as well.
