When a reference is submitted we will email the referee and yourself to confirm we have received it. Also, after your registration fee has been matched with your application, if you login to the online system you can see the status of your references on the first screen.
Once we have received and processed both of your references, and we have processed your application, we will release your application and references to the course centres as soon as practical.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your references are submitted in good time. However, if we have not received both of your references we will email you during January 2012 to let you know, so that you can chase these up with your referees.
If there is a particular problem with a reference eg a referee being unable to provide a reference due to illness, please contact us.
We will release the final batch of applications to course centres on 31 January 2012. This batch will include all applications that do not have both references. If we then receive any of the missing references we will make them available to the course centres but we cannot guarantee that they will be added to your application.
We cannot accept responsibility for the late submission or non-submission of references.
