Numbers of Places

The success rate in 2012 was 15%.
Between 1 in 6 and 1 in 7 applicants got a place on a course.

All the courses have excellent completion rates. The national attrition rate for the academic year 2010/2011 was only 0.76%, which includes both people who dropped out of a course and people who failed.

The table below gives the number of places at each course centre for the 2012 intake. These numbers may change for the 2013 intake: please check the information from individual course centres for details. We also provide numbers for course centres from previous years in our archive.

Please bear in mind that each applicant can apply to up to four course centres so for the 2012 entry 3,857 applicants made 14,873 applications for 586 places.
