We are closed between Christmas and New Year.
If you have made an application and any of your contact details change you can update these by logging in to our website and making the necessary changes in the Your Details section. This can be done either before or after you have submitted your application.
This will update our records and, if your application has already been released to the course centres, they will automatically be informed as well.
If you have any comments or complaints about Clearing House services, you can let us know at the contact details above.
We aim to provide a quality service to everyone we deal with. However, there may be occasions when someone using our services is not satisfied about something and if this is the case it is important that we know. We therefore have a Complaints Policy which gives clear details of what steps can be taken to try to get things put right where there is a problem:
We work with 30 clinical psychology courses around the country to provide information and an easy to use application system. We do not make decisions about who is successful at each stage of the selection process: this is done by the course centres, but we wish you the best of luck!
We are based at the University of Leeds and have 2 part-time staff working year-round. We also have staff who join us during the winter to help with processing applications.
We are a non-profit educational charity (registration number 1018336), managed by a group made up of representatives from both clinical psychology course centres and trainees/applicants. We are funded solely by the fees we charge to applicants and to course centres.
