Detailed index

My study of demographic entrapment started it in 1989. My first paper was published in 1990. This website was opened in 1997, papers from this period have headings in this colour. InMarch 2002 it was extensively updated with headings like this. What had previously been 'the foundations of the Hardinian taboo', became its Demons. What had previously been The Starting Line Taboo became the so-called Iron Age Taboo.

Only a few authors are given. Most references are at the foot of particular articles. It is hoped to give a consolidated reference list in subsequent upgrades of this website.
