This is an international e-mail discussion list administered at the CDS by Mark Priestley. The list (started in December 1994) is the largest of its kind in the world, and provides a forum for discussion on all aspects of research within the field of disability studies - theoretical, political and practical.
The list is intended for all those interested in research as it affects disabled people both in the UK and internationally. It provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, information and news, particularly among researchers working within a social model approach.
The list provides an opportunity for researchers, students and disability activists to share their ideas, experiences and research findings. It is also an excellent place to ask questions or seek information.
