The Estate Services' Helpdesk reception provides a welcoming area for visitors to the department.

The Estate Services Helpdesk provides a central point of contact for all departments to request maintenance repairs and progress on jobs.

In an out of hours emergency call the following Security Section contact number:-

0113 34 35494 between 17:00 and 08:00 during weekday evenings and all day at weekends.

The Helpdesk will accept work requests by one of the following methods:

  • Telephone
  • Email
  • Fax
  • Written Internal Works Orders
  • Written Purchase Requisitions
  • Self Service Request Application
  • Personal callers to Estates Office

All work requesters will be asked for the following details:

  • Originator (Name)
  • Contact Telephone Number
  • Building
  • Location (Level and Room Number)
  • A clear description of the fault / defect
  • Valid Rechargeable Account Code (where applicable)
  • Department
