Established in 2005, the University environmental co-ordinator network are a dedicated team of individuals. Covering key areas at the University, they provide an essential link for information distribution, feedback and support across faculties and schools.
The environmental co-ordinators are an essential element for the successful delivery of the University sustainability programme. They provide advice and support to faculty members on environmental matters and also highlight any concerns to the relevant head of faculty or to the sustainability team.
Liasing regularly with the sustainability team and each other, the co-ordinators are kept up-to-date with sustainability issues and University targets and progress whilst also representing their faculties at meetings and workshops on environmental issues.
Sound interesting? If you would like to join the network or join our information distribution list, please contact the University sustainability team at: sustainability@leeds.ac.uk for more information. If you would like to see the latest co-ordinator membership list click here.
