Finance & Procurement

Estate Services’ Finance and Procurement section has responsibilities for administration of Capital Projects, Minor Works and Major Schemes. It is also the contact point for Internal charging in respect of Estates’ work as well as Energy invoicing and monitoring on behalf of the University. In addition, we monitor Health and Safety and Insurance cover for University approved contractors.
