The Campus Mail Room supports mailing activities for the University of Leeds, halls of residence and surrounding hospitals.

Contacting the Mailroom

The Mail Room is located on level 6 of the EC Stoner Building and is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 hrs until 17:30.
Mail Service staff are in attendance from 09:00 hrs and items for dispatch cannot be accepted before this time.
Deliveries and collections are made throughout the day to all departments. If the delivery or collection of mail has not been made within 45 minutes of the usual time for your department, please feel free to contact us.
