Campus Support is now responsible for the operation of the Helpdesk, which is the key access gateway to Estate Services customer services and information, including the traditional Helpdesk role of receiving building and services fault requests for repairs.
The Campus Support Sections which follow,
are largely concerned with providing excellent support services within the Campus Support Services. Nevertheless, our client departments will have some direct interfaces with these services.
Please do let the Helpdesk know if you have any Complaints or Compliments regarding any Campus Support activities. Customer Service comments are extremely important to us, and will be actioned appropriately.
This section is responsible for the administration of Capital Projects, Minor Works and Major Schemes; Internal charging for work carried out by Estates; Campus Support Services; energy invoicing and monitoring on behalf of the university.
