Space to stop meetings are for anyone interested in mindfulness and meditation at work.
Space to stop meetings are for anyone interested in mindfulness and meditation at work. Each meeting will generally include 2 guided mindfulness and/or meditation activities. You can attend as many or few of these as you like; it does not matter what level of experience you have (if any). We begin the meetings a few minutes after the hour and end them a few minutes before to ensure that people can fit them in with their other activities and not be concerned that they will disturb others.
