The next speaker session of the Royal Statistical Society Leeds-Bradford local group will be the first of our shorter, lunchtime events.

Associate Professor Rebecca Walwyn will discuss "Empirically optimising complex interventions: multi-stratum experimental design". Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.

The event will be preceded by our Annual General Meeting from 12:30 in the same room, 9.58a, Worsley Building.

The AGM is an important opportunity for new committee members to be elected, to hear about the local group's activities over the year, and to hear about future events. ** We are still accepting applications for Ordinary Members of the committee ** Ordinary Members are members of the committee with no specific duties – its more about involvement and diversity of perspectives.
