Facilities Directorate

Welcome to the Facilities Directorate home page.

The Directorate is the largest provider of services to University staff and students on campus, employing approximately 1,200 staff with a budget of circa £75M, excluding capital expenditure. The newly formed Directorate (which came into effect from 1 August 2010) brings together Estate Services, Residential and Commercial Services (RCS) and Sport & Physical Activity (SPA).

The website is currently under going development and it may take some time before all the information on services is reviewed and linked appropriately.

However, by following the links on this page you should be able to navigate to the service(s) that you require including Estates Helpdesk & SAP Online for work requests and reporting faults. For ease of reference the Directorate is divided into the following services and support functions. These reflect the high level management structure.
