Welcome to the Facilities Directorate Customer Information page. The Directorate brings together Estate Services, Residential and Commercial Services (RCS) and Sport and Physical Activity (SPA) and will create four services, the heads of these are as follows:-

The purpose of this page is to keep you regularly updated about key information and changes to processes or the way services are delivered or organised during the transition period.

Initially there will be no major changes to the way in which services are provided but there will be regular updates to ensure that future changes are clearly communicated. The day-to-day contacts for the main customer facing services, such as catering, sport, conferencing and estates helpdesk will not change.

It will take some time to develop the FD web site and bring all customer information together in one place on the web site.
