Josie’s role involves working in partnership with Estates, Residential and Commercial Services and Sport & Physical Activity, providing employment advice and support, delivering the University’s HR Strategy and developing and implementing local HR policies and guidelines. In addition, Josie takes a lead role in the change management process and contributing at a senior management level to the overall development and strategy of the Service.

Residential & Commercial Services
Gill’s role involves providing day-to-day support and advice to Residential & Commercial Services managers. Gill handles all the SAP payroll input and correspondence for new appointments, terminations and contractual amendments and is also the first point of contact for advertising any staff vacancies.

| Roona Ohwoisi – HR Assistant |
Central HR Contact for Estates and Sport & Physical Activity
Roona is the first point of contact for staff in Estates and Sport & Physical Activity, who require advice relating to general HR and salary administration matters. She is responsible for the provision of employment contracts and changes, SAP data input, monitoring fixed term contracts and probation. In addition, Roona provides first level advice and guidance to members of staff and HR Contacts on University policies and procedures, and is the first point of contact for advertising any staff vacancies.
