Certificates
To ensure you receive your certificate you need to inform the Ceremonies Office how you wish to have your degree conferred. Please see the graduation choice section of this website. You will also need to ensure that you have been officially awarded. Guidance on checking your award can also be found on the graduation choice section of the website.
Attending a Ceremony
If you have chosen to attend a ceremony and checked that you have been officially awarded then you will receive your certificate on stage at the ceremony.
In absentia
If you have chosen not to attend a ceremony and have requested for your certificate to be sent then you will receive the certificate through the post after the ceremonies have taken place. Please see below when the main mail out dates take place.
- Summer Awards: Once the July ceremonies have finished
- Winter Awards: Once the December ceremonies have finished
Certificates sent to UK addresses are sent via first class post. Certificates sent internationally are sent by standard airmail.
