Welcome to the University of Leeds graduation pages. Whether you are a student or guest, these pages contain all the information you will need for this very special occasion.
Graduation is an opportunity for you, your family, friends and the University staff to celebrate your academic achievement.
The University holds two sets of Graduation ceremonies in July and December each year. These take place in the Great Hall on the main University campus. The next set of ceremonies will take place between the 9th and the 20th July 2012. A full schedule is now available.
There are three graduation options:
1) In absentia: Your certificate is posted to an address of your choosing and you may not attend a ceremony. The Summer award certificates will be sent after the July 2012 ceremonies and the Winter award certificates will be sent after the December 2012 ceremonies.
Certificates sent to UK addresses are sent via first class post, and certificates sent internationally are sent by standard airmail. There is no charge for this service. If you require your certificate to be sent by DHL then please purchase this here. Please ensure that you state the delivery option for DHL as your 'original certificate (in absentia)'. Please only purchase DHL delivery once you have registered your graduation choice as in absentia.
2) July graduation ceremonies: Your certificate is handed to you at a July ceremony.
3) December graduation ceremonies: Your certificate is handed to you at a December ceremony.
All students need to register their graduation choice. Registration will open for the July 2012 degree ceremonies in May 2012.

**Graduands/Students of Leeds Trinity University College should register their attendance directly with the Leeds Trinity Ceremonies office. Please visit http://www.leedstrinity.ac.uk/graduation for details on how to do so**
**Registration for the July 2012 degree ceremonies will open in May 2012. Information will be sent via the Student Portal**
