Trade unions

Employees of the University of Leeds are free to join a union of their choice but union membership is not a condition of working here.

The University recognises the following trade unions:

Primarily Unite (Amicus) and UNISON support support staff and UCU supports academic and academic related (professional and managerial) staff.
