Arrival and Registration Pack Collection

Delegate Registration Pack

Your registration pack will include your receipt, a copy of the Addenda/Corrigenda, and your name badge. Your name badge is your pass to the IMC and should be worn at all times. If you lose your name badge please visit the IMC Information Desk and another badge will be made for you. Please note that the University of Leeds campus is a busy environment and you will therefore be required to wear your name badge at all times for security reasons. Delegates not displaying their IMC name badge may be refused admission to IMC sessions or activities.

Registration Pack Collection

You should plan to collect your registration pack before the first session or excursion you wish to attend at the IMC. Details of where your registration pack will be available for collection are listed below:

Residential Delegates

If you have booked your accommodation using the IMC Registration Form, your registration pack will be available to collect when you check in at your Hotel or Hall of Residence reception. You can check into your room any time after 14.00 on the first day of your stay. If you arrive early, you will be able to leave your luggage at your hall of residence or hotel.

Non-Residential and Day Delegates

If you have not booked accommodation through the IMC Registration Form, your registration pack will be available for collection at the IMC Registration Pack Collection Desk which is located in the Leeds University Union Foyer on Sunday 02 July, and in the Parkinson Court between Monday 03 July and Thursday 06 July.

Please be aware that the Information Desk and Registration Pack Collection Desk may be very busy at peak times. Please allow enough time before the start of your session or excursion to collect your Registration Pack and ask any questions.

All queries before the IMC should be directed to the IMC administration team.

All accommodation enquiries, bookings, and changes are also made through the IMC administration team. If you wish to make any changes to your booking of accommodation, meals, events, or excursions, please contact the IMC directly as soon as possible.
