WellbeingWe're keen to support all our staff to help them stay healthy and happy

We're keen to support all our staff to help them stay healthy and happy and fulfill their potential.

The University is pioneering wellbeing in the education sector and our innovative wellbeing plan is already changing working life at Leeds - from the annual healthy week to improved sporting facilities. We're also using the results of the wellbeing survey to make the University a better, healthier place for you to work.

Our drive to improve the health and wellbeing of our staff was recognised in the 2008 National Business Awards. We were the first university to be nominated as finalists for the 'health, work and wellbeing' award. Read more about this award

In 2009 we won the Yorkshire & Humber Teaching Public Health Network's 'Health Honours Award' in the Higher Education category, recognising 'innovative practice that stands out from the crowd'.
