Accepting your offer
How do I accept my offer?International Foundation Year Students - Return your acceptance form to the International Foundation Year Office. Your acceptance form is sent to you with your offer letter. Undergraduates - UCAS will send you a ’Replying to Offers’ letter and a reply slip. To accept your place at Leeds, confirm your choice to UCAS before the deadline on the Replying to Offer letter (AS6). More information is Taught postgraduates - You can accept online at http://www.acceptonline.leeds.ac.uk . This is the preferred method of acceptance. Alternatively the University of Leeds will also send you a white postcard with your offer letter. Tick the ‘I accept’ box on the postcard, then sign and return it. Or you can accept by email to tp_applications@leeds.ac.uk. In the email you should include your applicant number, full name and the course you are accepting. If you have questions about your offer, speak to the School contact named in your offer letter. Research postgraduates - Indicate that you do wish to accept the offer on the white postcard sent to you with your offer letter. Return the original completed postcard. Or you can accept your offer by emailing Socrates-Erasmus Students - You will receive a letter of acceptance from the University of Leeds. It is not necessary to confirm your place. European Direct Entrance Students - EU exchange students who are not participating in the Socrates- Erasmus scheme will receive a letter of acceptance from the University of Leeds with an acceptance slip. Complete the acceptance slip and return it as soon as possible. Exchange students from non-European countries - You will receive a letter of acceptance from the University of Leeds. It is not necessary to confirm our place.
