Linda Forbes, Teaching Fellow in Chemistry 

My areas of expertise include: chemistry, geochemistry, sustainable/green chemistry, industrial chemistry, environmental legislation, safe lab practice, biochemistry and biological sciences.  

 

My interests are in building practical skills while studying science, supporting students to achieve their goals and making science accessible. 

Qualifications and professional memberships

I have a BSc in Chemistry and MSc in Geochemistry from the University of Leeds.  

I am a member and a Chartered Chemist with the Royal Society of Chemistry. I am also a Chartered Scientist with the Royal Society, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy for my teaching practice.
