HOME / REGISTRATION ALTERNATIVES TO ON-LINE
If you do not have Internet access, or prefer not to register on-line, we provide five alternative ways of registering with Leeds Student Medical Practice. Remember you can submit your registration forms now even if you are not due to arrive in Leeds yet, simply choose the date that you want your registration to start
First, ensure you can answer YES to these two questions:

QUESTION 2
Do you / will you live in:
- University Accommodation in Leeds?
OR- Private accommodation in postal areas LS1 to LS7 or LS16 South of the Ring Road?
If you can answer yes to both questions, you can now select your method of registration with Leeds Student Medical Practice:
