You must be a student (or married partner, or child of a student) at one of the following:
Askam Bryan, Barnsley College, College of Art & Design, College of Music, College of the Resurrection, Leeds College of Technology, Leeds Metropolitan University, Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Park Lane College, Trinity & All Saints, York St John, University of LeedsAND
You must live in University Accommodation in Leeds OR private accommodation in postal areas LS1 to LS7 or LS16 South of the Ring Road
AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
i) Normally resident in the United Kingdom, or have a United Kingdom passport
ii) An international who will be in the United Kingdom on a course for six months or longer
iii) An International who will be in the United Kingdom on a course for less than 6 months and come from one of these countries:
European Economic Area countries (EEA):
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus (Southern), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Switzerland by special arrangement
Nationals of, and UK nationals in, the following countries:
Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia, Croatia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Yugoslavia i.e. Serbia & Montenegro, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Macedonia, Moldova, New Zealand, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan
Residents irrespective of nationality of the following countries:
Anguilla, Australia, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Falkland Islands, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Montserrat, St. Helena, Turks and Caicos IslandsIMPORTANT NOTE
If you registered with us previously, for example last term, and haven't registered with another doctor between now and then, for example your home doctor, then you will still be registered with us and don't need to register again, but you do need to inform us of your new address (open our change of address page)
