We are a large medical practice and currently employ fifty-seven people to look after more than thirty-five thousand
students registered with us, who are studying in higher education and living in Leeds
DOCTORS
Sixteen doctors work in the Practice, eleven female, five male. All are
enthusiastic about working in General Practice with a younger practice
population, and between them have knowledge of many areas of medicine

PRACTICE NURSES
Nurses are available by appointment to provide: blood pressure checks,
cervical smears, Chlamydia testing, contraceptive pills/patches, contraception
advice, dietary advice, dressings, ear syringing, emergency contraception,
health care checks, immunisations, sexual health advice, stitch/staple
removal, travel advice, urine checks, weight management. Please specify
which you require when booking

The Practice has a day resting facility with beds for patients who need to be monitored whilst awaiting hospital admission, or until they are well enough to travel home. The day resting facility is available during surgery opening hours in University of Leeds terms and is available to all students of the University of Leeds

The friendly reception team is here to provide a link rather than a barrier between you and the clinicians. They will do their best to help you, please do likewise. Reception is open to answer enquiries and book appointments from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
