UCAS Form
Applicants must apply via UCAS by 15th October (see how to apply).
The assessment of UCAS forms is done independently by two senior medical staff using explicit criteria. On the basis of the assessment of the UCAS form, candidates can either be rejected, or called for interview. More on the assessment of UCAS.
Interviews
We interview approximately 600 candidates from the beginning of December to the beginning of March (read more about interviews). It is not necessary for candidates to submit Records of Achievement with their UCAS form, nor do we require candidates called to interview to bring Records of Achievement with them.
Offers
On the basis of the interview, candidates can either be rejected, or made a conditional or unconditional offer. More on offers.
Entry
Candidates who meet the requirements of their offer will be admitted to the school in accordance with the rules of UCAS, and subject to health screening and police checks.
The volume of applications is such that it is not possible for the admissions office to give any indication as to the outcome of individual applications prior to receiving notification via UCAS.
