There are usually four awards of LURE scholarships made each academic session and these awards are available to second year MBChB students at the University of Leeds. There are two stages, completion of an application form and presentation to a selection panel. Second year Leeds students can see more information in the VLE.
Applicants should be:
- available to conduct research in the School of Medicine during the period 25 June - 7 September 2012
- able to demonstrate academic achievement
- able to evidence leadership, mentoring or community participation skills
- supported by an academic referee
