The Academic Unit of Primary Care (AUPC), University of Leeds. If you are working in Primary Care and involved in teaching Leeds University undergraduate Medical Students this is the website for you. The AUPC in association with the Medical Education Unit offers a series of workshops to assist Medical Student teachers in their role as teacher. The AUPC can also offer advice to those wishing to become involved in Medical Student teaching and it can also offer opportunities for those wishing to further develop their educational expertise via the provision of a Postgraduate Certificate / Diploma or indeed a Masters Degree in Primary Care Education.
The School of Education, University of Leeds. If you are a healthcare professional involved in education and training as part of your current role, the School of Education offers a Postgraduate Certificate and Masters degree in Clinical Education. This will be of interest to those wishing to further develop their educational expertise. There are funded places for those working in the Yorkshire and the Humber region.
The Yorkshire Deanery. If you are a National Health Service (NHS) doctor and you work in the Yorkshire Region of England you may be able to access the resources of the Yorkshire Deanery. The Yorkshire Deanery delivers a wide variety of workshops ranging from workshops on personal development skills to workshops on Learning and Teaching skills.
The Staff and Departmental Development Unit (SDDU), University of Leeds. If you are an employee of the University of Leeds the SDDU offers a wide variety of educational development resources. Included amongst these is a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.
