Meeting Format, venue & accommodation
The meeting will consist of a single track of oral presentations, with each session moderated by an
invited clinical chairperson to encourage consideration and discussion of clinical relevance. Generous
poster sessions will be interspersed. All submissions conforming with the guidelines will be reviewed by the
Programme Committee: those accepted
for oral or poster presentation will be included, following revision by the author, in a volume of
proceedings available at the meeting and online at the meeting website.
The meeting will be held in the Rhodes Lecture Theatre at the
University of Leeds (Aerial photo), with
accommodation in your choice of standard or en-suite room at the
Devonshire Hall of Residence. The
member’s fee of about £130 will include conference registration, a copy of the proceedings, lunch and
refreshments on two days, the conference dinner and B&B in a standard room on 6 July. There will be
a reduction for student presenters.
