Postgraduate

The School balances musical studies of performance, composition & critical & historical studies, with developing areas such as popular music, world musics & music technology.

The School of Music offers both Taught Masters and Research Degree programmes at postgraduate level.

The Taught Masters programmes provide an opportunity to advance expertise and skills developed at undergraduate level, whilst the Research programmes see students extend disciplinary horizons through specialised supervision of their own original research.
