The School of Music International Research Scholarship Competition

The School of Music International Scholarship Competition is open to international students who have been offered a place as a full-time student on a doctoral programme in the School of Music.

The successful candidate will be offered £2000 towards their tuition fees. The award will be made for one year in the first instance and renewable subject to satisfactory progress.

Those wishing to apply for this scholarship should download the application form and send a completed version to Postgraduate Admissions, School of Music, University of Leeds, Leeds, LS2 9JT or to pgmusic@leeds.ac.uk. The deadline for receipt of applications is 1 April 2011. Candidates must apply for PhD studies in the School of Music by 15 February 2011.
