Cancellation:

Cancellations will be charged at the following rate:
1 month before start of conference: 50%
More than 1 week/less than 1 month: 75%
Less than 1 week: 100% of total paid.
Substitutions may be made at any time.

Places for delegates are limited to 120, and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure that you book early, to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately we are not able to offer discounts for partial attendance.
