The School balances musical studies of performance, composition & critical & historical studies, with developing areas such as popular music, world musics & music technology.

Unlike many other universities we guarantee accommodation to all undergraduate students that have accepted an offer from one of our schools.

The University of Leeds understand that for many students the most important issue when deciding on a university is securing the right type of accommodation. For this reason we have a specialised office and over 70 full time members of staff ensuring you're allocated the most suitable type of accommodation available, and once with us, you're supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year through a network of wardens and sub wardens throughout all our privately run accommodation.
