RF signal lock amplifier / Mode: SR844 / Description: It provides uncompromised performance with a frequency range of 25 kHz to 200 MHz and up to 80 dB of drift-free dynamic reserve. / Manufacture: Stanford Research Systems, Inc. 3. Testing Beds

Inclined Slurry Loop / Description: A 4.5 meters high and 7.0 meters long flow loop with 50 mm internal bore diameter made from uPVC; two sets of dual-plane ERT sensor on both the inclined and vertical sections; a magnetic flowmeter (Krohne and Aquaflux), differential pressure sensors, a measurement tank (250 L) with loading cells (PS1040) and a mixing tank (500 L).

Gas-water flow loop / Description: A 3 meters high and 6.5 meters long flow loop with 50 mm internal bore diameter made from a number of glass sections; two sets of dual-plane ERT sensor on both vertical and horizontal sections; magnetic flowmeter, differential pressure sensors, turbine liquid flow meter and gas mass flowmeter.

Continuous Stirred-tank Reactor Description: 20 liters glass jacket vessel in Diameter 30.05 cm and Height 40 cm. The temperature inside the vessel is controlled by Julabo F32 thermo-stated bath and runs low temperature heat transfer liquid Polydimethyl Siloxane (pour point -90 Deg C, flash point +170 Deg C) inside the jacket, fitted with three ERT sensors and other conventional sensors. Bubble Column Reactor / Description: PVC, ID = 0.24m, H = 2.75 m; one Pt100 temperature probe, five piezo-resistive pressure transmitters (Keller 23 S) on the wall of the column at 2.19m, 1.68m, 1.18m, 0.67m and 0.13m above the sparger; four ERT sensors, each composed of 16 stainless steel electrodes (2.4cm1cm0.1cm), three circulate ERT sensors and one parallel ERT sensor.
Crystallisation Rig / Description: 200 ml glass jacketed vessel (din= 12.3 cm and dout = 15 cm) with a flat bottom on a JENWAY-1103 Hotplates & Stirrer, the temperature controlled by Julabo F32 thermo-stated bath filled with the heat transfer fluid Polydimethyl Siloxane (with pour point -90° and flash point +170); four electrodes connected with an impedance analyzer; crystallization and temperature monitored by a platinum resistance thermometer and a Turbidity probe.
