Carole is the Project Assistant for the Digitalis project.  She is a practising visual artist and keeps a blog to reflect upon and share her artistic practice – www.carolekirk.com.  Studying Management Learning at Lancaster University stimulated her interest in, and understanding of, reflective practice.  She held voluntary positions on the boards of two local arts organisations, and has facilitated artist groups including setting up websites.  Her previous experience includes working as Graduate Careers Advisor for the University of Warwick, and she has blue-chip industry experience including IT, marketing, and management development.  She has facilitated and managed several projects within her previous roles.
