Questionmark Support:
For Questionmark Perception help and support please contact the ISS helpdesk at helpdesk@leeds.ac.uk/0113 3433333, stating that your query is related to Questionmark. Please also leave details of the assessment name and Blackboard module if appropriate. A support call will be created for you, and this will then be passed to the appropriate member of the VLE Service.
If you would rather create the support call yourself, you can do this by using the self-service system here. When filling in the form, Questionmark can be found as a sub-service under the 'Learning and Teaching systems' service.

SDDU provide a variety of courses for staff interested in using Questionmark and also detailed introduction on integrating technology into assessment which discusses good practice in using Questionmark among other systems.
