If the demand for a programme or parts of a programme is such that it is not viable to run it, the University retains the right to withdraw offers made without liability. The University also retains the right to withdraw offers made without liability where demand for a programme or parts of a programme has exceeded expectations.

The University's contract with its students does not confer third party benefits for the purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
