Faculty Research Office Post-Award staff have a primary responsibility for:-

• Acceptance of grants, contracts and awards
• Research contract negotiation in conjunction with Central Research Support
• Verification of funding for staff appointments on research grants
• Ethical Review
• Creating and issuing account numbers/Grant kick-off meetings
• Circulating Investigator Month End Reports (IMER)
• Producing claims, expenditure statements and raising invoices
• Ensuring PI reports are submitted on time
• Budget enquiries/Grant Health Checks
• Debt recovery
• Audits
