What is the student feedback website?

The University takes your views very seriously and they are a key factor in the thinking and decision-making which goes on all the time about how we can improve the experience of our students. Your school or faculty has developed an action plan which responds to feedback from a number of sources and includes information about the extent to which we believe we have been successful in addressing earlier concerns. A summary of this plan is available for you to view on this website and the full action plan can also be accessed here.

The summary and plan have been compiled following the detailed consideration of various kinds of feedback, including the National Student Survey (NSS), the Programme Survey, module questionnaires, external examiners' reports and the reports arising from any internal or external reviews and inspections. Student input has been facilitated through discussion of the proposals by the relevant Student:Staff Forum and, in some instances, by specially convened focus groups.

This means that students from each school or faculty have been involved in drawing up these action plans – a testament to the University’s commitment to engage as openly and inclusively as possible in the continual enhancement of the student experience.

To see the summary from your school or faculty’s action plan, select your faculty from the list on the left hand side. Select your school and click the link for the Executive Summary. If you would like to see the detailed action plan there is a link to it from the summary page.

We would be interested in hearing your ideas and views on this website – how useful you have found it, for example, or how you think it might be improved.
