Attendance monitoring

Please see 'Attendance monitoring guidance (for schools) ' which aims to provide schools with guidance on attendance monitoring and absence reporting for all students. Monitoring of attendance is recognised as an important element in supporting both student retention and performance and has been a University requirement for many years. In addition, the document includes information on the requirements of the UK Border Agency (UKBA) under the Points Based System applicable to international students.
