To prove student status (e.g. for a visa, reduced council tax, opening bank account etc)

Taught Module Enrolment Form opens in a new window Where taught modules are formally assessed the student is required to register for the module via RSA Parent School

Fee Status Assessment Form opens in a new window

 Assesses whether a student will pay the 'home' or the 'overseas' rate for Tuition fees Student

Leavers Form opens in a new window

 Complete if you wish to withdraw  (registered students only) Student

Transfer to Leeds with a supervisor opens in a new window

 Complete for a student transferring into Leeds School
Supervision Form opens in a new window

Completed for any student you wish to admit to study for a research degree as follows:

  • » any research degree to be undertaken on a part-time basis;
  • or
  • » any mastership by research degree to be undertaken on either a full-time or a part-time basis.
