This section is intended to provide an overview of the resources that are available to postgraduate research students and to staff with responsibilities for the support and supervision of research students.
The section for students provides information that will help students to become familiar with their work environment and to start their research degree programme, and gives an overview of the University’s arrangements for the progress and monitoring of research degree candidatures.

The section for staff provides information about the University’s requirements relating to supervision meetings, formal record-keeping and reports, as well as giving guidance on the upgrade/transfer process.
